All materials provided by the Academy, including videos, lessons, downloadable resources, forum content, live sessions, and written materials, are the intellectual property of the Academy of Divination and its founder, Dusty White.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Cultural sensitivity is paramount given the diverse spiritual traditions studied within our community. Members must approach all practices with respect and awareness.
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of community standards.

6. Payments and Refunds

Course fees, subscriptions, and other charges are detailed clearly at the time of enrollment and must be paid in full before accessing premium content.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Refund Policy: Pre-course start withdrawals may be eligible for refunds minus processing fees. Post-course start withdrawals are generally not eligible for refunds unless the Academy elects to provide them at its sole discretion.
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in our refund policy. We encourage you to contact us directly to address any concerns before requesting chargebacks.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and revocation of access to all services.
