Account & Access Issues

Login problems and password resets

Can’t get in? Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and check your email (including spam folder). If you’re still having trouble, email us at admin@academyofdivination.com with your username or email address.

Account setup and profile management

After signing up, complete your profile by clicking your name. Add a photo, update your timezone, and set your communication preferences so we can match you with the right practice groups and inform you about updates, workshops, events, and such.

Subscription and billing questions

View your subscription status and billing history in your account settings. Payment issues? Contact us directly — we’ll sort it out quickly and get you back to learning.

Course access and enrollment troubleshooting

New lessons appear weekly in your dashboard. If you can’t see a course you should have access to, try logging out and back in. Still missing? Drop us a message.

Mobile vs. desktop platform differences

Our platform works great on phones, tablets, and computers. Videos and forums work the same everywhere, but practice group scheduling is easier on desktop. Use whatever device works best for you!

How to use the learning management system

Your dashboard shows everything you need: this week’s lessons, upcoming practice groups, and recent forum activity. Click around — it’s designed to be intuitive. The main navigation menu gets you everywhere else.

Finding specific courses, lessons, or resources

Use the search bar in the top menu, or browse by category in the main navigation. Your lesson history lives in your profile, and you can find all of the resources in the header or footer.

Video playback and streaming issues

Videos should start automatically. If they’re slow or won’t play, try refreshing the page or switching browsers. Lower video quality in settings if your connection is slow.

Communication Tools

Forum posting and reply issues

Click “Reply” to respond to posts, or start new topics with the “New Post” button. If posts aren’t appearing, check that you’re in the right forum section and try refreshing.

Private messaging and chat functions

Message other students through their profiles. For real-time chat during practice groups, please make sure you are logged in and have your mic and speakers set up when the session starts.

Notification settings and preferences

Control email notifications in your profile settings. You can choose what updates you want and how often. We recommend keeping practice group reminders enabled.

Email delivery and spam folder issues

Not getting our emails? Check your spam folder and add admin@academyofdivination.com to your contacts. Gmail users: check your Promotions tab too.

Technical Requirements

System requirements and browser compatibility

Any modern browser works fine — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Keep it updated for the best experience. No special software needed.

Internet speed recommendations

Videos stream well on most connections. If you’re having trouble, try lowering video quality in the player settings. Forums and text lessons work fine on slower connections.

Device-specific instructions (tablet, phone, computer)

Everything works on any device. Tablets are great for reading and watching videos. Phones work well for forums and quick check-ins. Computers give you the full experience for practice groups.

Accessibility features and accommodations

We support screen readers and keyboard navigation. Need other accommodations? Email us — we’re happy to help.

Troubleshooting common error messages

Most issues resolve with a browser refresh. “Session expired” means you need to log in again. “Access denied” usually means your subscription needs attention. Still stuck? Send us a screenshot.

When to contact support vs. self-help options

Try logging out and back in first — it fixes most issues. Check your spam folder for missing emails. For billing, technical problems, or anything urgent, contact us directly.

Response time expectations

We try to respond the same day during business days, sometimes faster. Weekends might take a bit longer, but we’ll get back to you.

How to submit detailed bug reports

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and what browser/device you’re using. Screenshots help a lot. The more details, the faster we can fix it.

Emergency contact procedures

For urgent access issues email admin@academyofdivination.com with “URGENT” in the subject line.

Follow-up and ticket tracking

We’ll keep emailing until your issue is resolved. No ticket numbers needed — just reply to our emails. If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, send another message.
